Corporate Strategy

The AVS Corporate Strategy describes the strategy being employed by AVS to maintain the high standard of Company service delivery for the three-year period to 30 June 2024.

The AVS Corporate Strategy is a statement of the Company’s aligned strategic purpose, value, objectives, drivers, priorities and principles, as agreed between AVS and the Government of Victoria, Company stakeholders and AVS staff.
